I/We will be able to arrange for him/her to attend both home and away fixtures and will be responsible for their wellbeing during away fixtures.  

 

 

I/We will advise our team captain (Andy Nunn) of any fixtures that my Junior cannot attend with as much notice as possible so that a replacement can be found.
